Sure. Connect your Fios set top box to HDMI 1 (ARC) on your TV. Next, Connect your BluRay player to HDMI 2. Use the supplied optical audio cable and connect it from your TV to your Soundbar. Configure your TV to use optical audio for the output and you are set. Now, regardless of your video source, your audio will go through the Soundbar and be full quality surround. Simply switch your TV inputs from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 and the audio will follow.
