• This sound bar is a 5.1.2 system so the rear speakers will not have up firing speaker. The 2 up firing speakers are in the sound bar itself. You would need the SB46514-F6 for the 5.1.4 audio system.

• Yes Sir, The Rear speakers are up firing, so yes; system is 5.1.4. But VIZIO doesn't specify it as 5.1.4.
