VIZIO replaced my soundbar, and it is working! HDMI in (from Apple TV 4K) and HDMI Out (to projector). Sounds amazing!

Please try again later.Dolby Atmos is a fickle mistress to get right and currently requires a working knowledge or at least some research on which devices are sending what signal and to get it. To save you some time check out Digital Trends "How to know if you've got great Dolby Atmos sound". From my understanding Streaming devices are not a good choice to connect directly to the soundbar it all has to do with with how the sound profile is being received and passed on to the soundbar. You'll get 5.1 no problem, but Atmos as I said is fickle to get right.
