“Debating between this model and the M51a-H6...wondering if the height speakers make a big difference? where my tv is setup I wouldn't even be able to point them straight up at the ceiling unless i mount it to the top of my tv that's mounted high up. Thx!”

Hello condor86, for optimal performance and effect, we do recommend to have the speakers pointing up to ceiling as the Atmos effect relies on the ability to direct the audio above head.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The ceiling height for this model cannot be higher than 7 feet. I have the VIZIO sound system and it is truly remarkable sound. Also, HDMI cables are different. The old adage, you get what you pay for is true in this instance. HDMI 4K High Performance cables are a must. I used the HDMI that comes with the TV then changed over and the audio and video is definitely enhanced.
