“Using the speaker check function through the remote or phone app, all speakers report just fine. However, when I am watching a movie or playing a game, the sound from the satellite speakers sounds more dominant from one channel. What could be the issue?”

• Check the Surround Balance. It should be at 0 for balanced audio.
