• Yes, there is a delay between when video starts playing on the tv and the audio starts playing though the audio is never out of sync.

• If you mean out of sync, no I haven’t had that issue. If you are talking about a delay when turning your TV on, it’s just takes a few extra seconds for the soundbar to power up and calibrate.
