I directly connected the Fire tv stick 4k to HDMI IN and i could get both video and audio....may be try adjusting the display settings in fire TV and then try reconnecting it to sound bar with different color profile.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thx but I contacted Vizio support 5x so far and no one can help. In fact 2 agents said the HDMI In input does not support video which is false and the last agent said she does not own a firestick and couldn’t help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So I figured out the pass through will only work if I se the firestick to always 1080p. If I select auto or 4K the screen won’t show. Same with sound, I have to pick always Dolby Digital. I thought this sound bar had 4K pass through?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just more info, the fire tv title screen shows at start up but then the screen goes black and eventually says no signal yet sound still works. Also, my older non 4K stick works fine as a pass through.
