Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had problems with the optical cord coming loose where it plugs into the back of the sound bar. Looks like it's in but isn't. Try pushing that back in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing today! I contacted Vizio support and they said it needs to be replaced and that I’d be better off buying a new system. Very encouraging. Don’t know if that helps.
