• I've had problems with the optical cord coming loose where it plugs into the back of the sound bar. Looks like it's in but isn't. Try pushing that back in.

• Mine did the same thing today! I contacted Vizio support and they said it needs to be replaced and that I’d be better off buying a new system. Very encouraging. Don’t know if that helps.
