It does come with an HDMI cable, but not an HDMI 2.1 cable. It doesn't need to be HDMI 2.1, because only video signals like 4k@120 need HDMI 2.1 speeds, audio does not. Besides, if you were trying to feed a next gen console through it, you'd need the soundbar inputs to be HDMI 2.1 as well, and they are not. I can verify eARC is working and Dolby TrueHD and DTS X is outputted.
