I had to connect the player directly to HDMI in and connect the bar to the TV through ARC to get Atmos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you Blu-Ray player is outputting True HD Atmos audio you will need to connect the device directly to the sound bar unless your television will pass TrueHD Atmos audio. If you device outputs Dolby Digital+ audio then you can use the HDMI ARC port to support Atmos audio. For further assistance please contact our customer support at 844-254-8087.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is complicated. I have trouble with it on Xbox. Best I can get is DTS. Thinking about getting a newer Blu-ray player to use with my movies. Sound bar will also shut off in the middle of a movie and sometimes I have to restart the system unplug everything. It’s a pain. Worst Visio product I’ve ever bought so far.
