make sure you read the directions when setting up the soundbar! Make sure all your connections are connected properly and you have your remote set on the proper setting! If there still is no sound, call the customer service number at vizio, they are pretty knowledgable and helpful! Good Luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to sync the bluetooth speaker to the sound bar. You have to walk thru it at setup - but you can re-sync it anytime using the remote control
