It depends on what you are using it for. Not everything is produced in surround sound. Sports are usually like basketball & football games or movies & even some commercials. Not all TV shows use the rear speakers.

The second time, it worked just fine. I have NO idea why it worked the second time... and not the first; but, hey, you might have the same good fortune.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your sound bar possibly can't see your subwoofer. The sub has to have a clear shot to the sound bar, with nothing blocking it's line of sight.
