QuestionIs there a way to turn off the subwoofer but still get the sound out of the satellite speakers? Have tried to set the sub at the lowest setting but still a bit too much.

QuestionI have existing rear speakers mounted in my ceiling. It sounds like I should be able to connect those speakers to the subwoofer. Is there any special/proprietary wiring issues that would prevent this?

- Answer There should be wires that go into the speakers and into the back of the subwoofer. There’s a wire for the left speaker and a wire for the right speaker and don’t mix them up but there color coordinated so hopefully that helps

QuestionI have a Samsung 65" RU7100 Smart 4K UHD TV and just bought the soundbar. Power is on, HDMI cable is connected, my TV is picking up the bar but no sounds/ I selected HDMI-Arc as the input on the remote and still nothing - any suggestions?

QuestionWhat is the specification of the HDMI arc port? I need at least 2.0 for 4K pass through.

- Answer This soundbar doesn't have an HDMI in port, therefore it does not support any content passthrough. This soundbar only has an HDMI ARC port so you would need to route your audio through your TV.

- Answer Yes that's normal for 5.1 surround. The Source chooses what sound comes from each speaker not the soundbar.

QuestionIs it possible to only have sound going to the rear surround speakers? For example, at night, I would like to not have sound coming from the sound bar or subwoofer. I have looked at the manual and do not see any easy way to do this.

QuestionI like the price, but tell me about engineering. This product should be called ALMOST WIRELESS. Why do the satellite speakers have to have the woofer as a anchor? What if i wanted the woofer to be in front, is the wireless system that big in the woofer?
