• It's very secure because the stands go inside and screws go thru both the stand and tv

• It is secure but it's even better hung on the wall it secures to any flat screen wall mount with the fours screws and bar attatchment

• sturdy as can be with the included hardware...no wobble even when i bang the entertainment center playing video games :)...but im extremely good at them so you may want to make sure you entertainment center is good because the tv's stands do their job flawlessly
