Hello Jenna, you internet connection via you router is most likely the culprit. Your internet speed that is delivered to you TV will influence your picture quality. If your internet speed is adequate your router may be the weak link. Do a speed test on your computer. It should read 3 MBPS or greater.

With Netflix you may need to adjust the definition you are able to receive through the Netflix website under your account settings. We recommend setting it to Auto. If you are still experiencing this issue then it might be the speed of your internet at the time of watching. Sometimes networks will run slower during peak hours of usage due to the number of people in your area that use the internet at one time.
