Where are the apps? null

Chromecast doesn't have apps. You need to cast from any device or you can use the vizio app

The apps on the VIZIO SmartCast TV's and Displays are not built into the TV instead you use a control device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computer and "cast" or "fling" the content to the display. To do this open the application or website and click on the cast icon.
