Is one of the hdmi ports ARC enabled? null

The HDMI 1 port is ARC enabled. It should be an HDMI port near the center of the TV labeled "HDMI 1 (ARC)"

I haven't tested this myself, but yes, ARC (as well as eARC) should be supported on HDMI channel 1. I believe this is standard across Vizios 2021 models. The product photos for this model show eARC support.
