Does this TV allow for Spectrum Channels null

Cable and satellite boxes can be used with all VIZIO TVs. We would recommend using an HDMI connection between the box and TV for best audio and video quality. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

I have Dish, but it looks as though it will accept almost all inputs

I'm sorry Mr or Ms Foster, but if you're asking if this TV will allow you to watch cable TV from your cable TV provider, I think you need to ask a LOT of people a LOT of questions before buying a TV. This is likely not the TV you'd want honestly. Maybe, but it's more focused toward gaming and other features.
