UHD is a consumer/broadcast standard of 4k and is slightly less than the full 4k - 3840 x 2160 - it is 4x the resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080) though. 99% of the TVs which say 4k are actually UHD (not the full 4k) and it will always stay that way. Basically, any TV which says 4k is UHD.
