I haven't experienced the gray screen from Netflix on my set but I can possibly help you with the PS4 issue. I was having difficulty getting my PS4 Pro to do 4K + HDR while connected to HDMI port #5. After some research it turns out that HDMI port #5 can do 4K but NOT HDR (which would defeat the purpose of using the PS4 Pro). In order to get both 4K AND HDR you'll need to connect your PS4 to the Audio Return Channel (ARC) port which is only on HDMI port #1. You may also have to manually set the PS4 Pro's video settings manually to 4K (instead of leaving it at "automatic"). I hope this helps.

Note following steps: PS4 MUST be in HDMI 2 On Tablet- Settings>INPUT> HDMI Color Sampling> Turn on for HDMI 2 Screen will flicker for a second. GO back in to PS4 settings and everything should be good to go. As regards to Netflix you just have to mess with it a few times, try logout/login and if that doesn't work uninstall/reinstall of the application on the tablet and
