• Some reviewers may say that it doesn't upscale 480 and 720P, but I think it does a great job with 720P at least. I've been watching a lot of HULU which broadcasts only 720P. It's not as good as Netflix which broadcasts many items in 1080P depending on connection, but still good.

• It doesn't upscale low resolution at 420 to well but everything else seems to be ok. Many settings can be adjusted but it does depend on the source input ( codecs etc)
