“I know this TV is 120hz effective refresh rate. But is that true 120hz or 60hz upscaled? I had a Phillips 120hz before this one and the Vizio just doesn't have the same clarity or brightness as the Phillips.”

• According to the sales guy it's only 60 hz as the number is misleading. I always thought the refresh rate and the true motion rate were different and you needed the highest refresh rate you could get.
