As long as your DirecTV receiver supports 4k and you're using a 4k compatible HDMI cable you should have no issues
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a true 4k display, so it depends on if your directv box supports 4k. If it doesn't, you will only get whatever its max resolution is. Any 4k input into the appropriate HDMI port in the display will give that resolution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will get the highest resolution your DirecTV box allows when connecting with an HDMI cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TV works just like any other display. You can hook up the corresponding input and it will show the content. If your DirecTV tuner support 4K output via HDMI, then simply hook up the HDMI connection and the TV should support displaying the content in 4K (assuming the content is actually broadcast in 4K). Some tuners may requiring manual tweaking of its output settings to specify what type of signal to send (e.g. 480i, 720p, 1080p, etc).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've got Direct TV and the picture is great. Watching NFL and other HD programs really brings out the best in this display. (Just a bit lacking in dark scenes).
