Probably works perfectly fine. Question is, why would you want it to? One huge benefit of Smart TVs is to lose all the clutter of devices and wiring. You can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Vudu at the press of a button on the remote. I have three smart TVs including the Vizio and the older ones now FireTV sticks. I cut the cord, and was amazed by all of the cables and other devices I no longer needed.
