Hello sgibson, This TV does not have a built in web browser but it does support screen mirroring for Android devices, Mac, PC, and IOS devices using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay 2. This would allow you to browse the web on the TV screen from your mobile device or computer.

Not natively. They don't have a browser app, just the video apps.

I highly doubt it, never tried though. It doesn’t have a pointer from the remote so browsing would be very tedious.
