Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the power cable in the back, does it wiggle at all? On my tv, the power cable does not match the diagram (2 round shapes versus 1 round shape with squared edge), so you really have to jam it in to stay snug. Your problem was happening to me until I realized this cable was not sitting snug especially since it has to go up into versus straight into the tv. It should go in deeper than the picture I have attached here.
