• Try and update your tv. I am having no problems running 4k 120hz on my set using ports 2 and 4

• I was able to fix the Xbox HDMI 2.1 issue on Inputs 2 and 3 by going into Input Settings on the TV and manually switching it from Auto to HDMI 2.1 however this does not work for the PS5 as you are still forced to use either Input 1 or 4. It's a known issue but 120Hz at 4K doesn't work either.
