“Is Roku included? The product description mentions "included apps", but unless I missed it, the users manual doesn't specify what apps are included.”

No roku included has Vizio vcast which has most popular apps

We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the television from your mobile devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It has a few Apps like Pluto tv, Netflix , etc but it is not a roku. There also doesn’t seem to be an App Store. I imagine those apps would be good for a few years and then be phased out and worthless without an upgrade path. You would need to buy a roku or fire stick separately.
