• I suppose it would depend on the wall mount and wall width. The actual dimensions are 51inches x 30

• You'll have to lower the wall mount if you had your 50 near the ceiling. I had a 55 vizio and had to lower the wall mount 6 plus inches, new vizio mounts lower on the back of the tv.
