The legs are 46 3/4" end to end. My tabletop was 45" and I thought I was going to have to buy a new media cabinet. My sister suggested getting a piece of smoked glass for the top of my existing media cabinet. I had one cut at 52" and it's perfect.

Because Vizio insists on using a 2 foot support system instead of a single center pedestal that is the industry standard, it forces owners to buy massive sized stands rather than standard stands, This TV requires a stand that is at least 48" wide.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need a tv stand size at minimum 58" long, 14 7/8" wide. The measurement from outside the leg to outside of the other leg is 46 7/8" apart, they feet are 11 1/8 " long, hope this helps!
