• Good question, I've seen both but after returning a 2160 that had TERRIBLE refresh, this E60U D3 tracks fast action perfectly! Virtually blur-free.

• None of the 4K TVs support 240hz refresh. This one is actually 60Hz. See CNET for a list of TV and their actual refresh rates.
