Sort of. It has Chromecast built in. While smart TVs have apps you can download, this one does not, but rather you can stream videos from your computer, tablet, or phone wirelessly. A lot of smart TVs won't have the expansive apps available that are available on phones/tablets, not to mention just by going online on your computer you can stream just about anything you find on the internet, and will even mirror your Chrome browser.
