No. Chromcast does not work with Amazon. Netflix and YouTube, yes. Amazon no. I understand that this was Amazons decision, not Chromcast. So maybe they'll come around.

This is not inherently compatible with Amazon however you can use a connected device to watch Amazon Prime content
