Yes that's what it says but it also says 4K so it's working ,because certain networks don't say it yet

This is not what i have seen on the description. Its 2160p by 3840p and thats UHD, I believe.

Hi advertisingdoesntmatchdescription! This display is capable of showing a 2160p resolution however it can only show what resolution it is receiving from the source. If you are watching 4K content through Netflix and your internet speed and netflix package support 4K you will be able to watch 4K content however if the content was filmed in 720p and is being broadcast in 720p you will only see a 720p resolution.
