USB ports on today's TV's can be used for flash drives, whether for photos, movies, or music. Also, these are often utilized for various streaming devices, such as Amazon fire stick, Roku, Chromecast, etc.

Various files may or may not work in the port, as it is not designed to be a media reader. The only files that have had success being read are MP4, however, we cannot guarantee operation with this file type.
