“This tv says 2160p, but 1080 is all I get. Is that for certain programming? Or should all programming be 2160? My Samsung set has a better picture than this one. I tried the number for customer service, all I got was music for 45 minutes.”

You have to have a source and content that supports 2160. Luckily for you and me this tv has chromecast so you can stream from Netflix or YouTube (only ones I've tried ) in 2160
