TVs do not have HDMI outputs. If you want to display the same thing on 2 TVs, you need to split the output of the source (ie cable box) and send that to each TV. If the living room TV is smart and you are watching a streaming service on it, such as Netflix, then there is no way I know of to share that video. If you need to actually watch the same streaming service AT THE SAME TIME on both TVs, you can put an Apple TV or Roku Ultra or other similar device in the living room and use an HDMI splitter to split its output so 1 can be connected to the living room TV and the other can be connected to the wireless transmitter. If you are just trying to be able to watch a streaming service on the kitchen TV because it is not smart, and you don't need to watch the same thing at the same time on both TVs, then just add something like a Roku Streaming Stick to the kitchen TV.
