• This TV does use Bluetooth LE for connecting to you TV to a device with the VIZIO SmartCast application. However, this TV does not have Bluetooth audio out support.

• I don't think so...it has an optical in and that is how I connected my Samsung sound bar. I've looked through the settings and don't see any options for pairing bluetooth devices. We've been happy with the TV, great picture for the price.
