• This TV has 2 Audio Outputs available. SPDIF/Optical and RCA Left and Right.

• After buying the TV I now know. Yes they will run external speakers like my Bose desk top speakers. Simply plug them into the SMALL ear phone jack or there is another 3mm jack that works too. So technically there are 4 audio outs despite what the spec indicates.
