You have several ways to enjoy sound on this Vizio model. (1.) You can listen through the built-in speakers (Worst Option) (2.) You can install a surround sound receiver and speakers through the RCA jacks (Better Option) (3.) You can purchase a sound bar like I did "VIZIO - 2.1-Channel Soundbar System with 5-1/4" Wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier - Black/Silver" from best buy! The audio is off the hook and easy to install. My wife is particular when it comes to sound while watching cable, Firestick or 4K movies and this made us both very happy!
