“why can i add to cart but not actually purchase this to pick-up in store or deliver to home?”

• I had this problem as well so I called customer service. Basically, they told me it depends upon the local store's availability. I wanted it delivered to my apartment in NYC. They gave me the number of the local store. I called the store and they set up delivery that way.
