The Vizio E65-E1 is advertised as having blue tooth capabilities, so you should be able to connect easily. We just purchased this tv and have connected our Sony sound bar and blue tooth sub-woofer, though we can't seem to figure out how to connect our blue tooth headphones....yet.

You will likely need an adapter cable to go from rca to 3.5mm stereo headphone jack. Make sure the Bluetooth device device you choose is actually a transmitter, and not a receiver.
