Do I have to use a certain HDMI cable for this tv null

HDMI 2.0 is what is needed for best picture and HDR

Depends on what your using it for. If you need maximum performance for gaming may need better quality and shorter distance. for 4k movies not that important can go longer and almost any quality retail today.,

For any sources connected to the tv that are capable of 4K and HDR, you need to use a certified high speed hdmi cable.

No, any cable will work but there are levels of cable quality.
