No, they did not. We opened the box ourselves.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO they did not. They simply carried the box in and set it on the floor where i told them to. Had me sign a paper showing i received it. But I will say this, you need not be concerned about this. Having BB deliver your TV this the best thing you can do. Almost every BAD issue people have with these big TV's is because they are careless with the delivery when they bring it home in thier car or truck. Best Buy will "carefully" deliver it for you. You just open the box! :) Buy this TV, it's a beautiful picture and I could not be happier.

Partly because it is physically very large of course, but also because you can't just slide it out and plug it in. You have to take time to install the legs. It's not exactly time consuming, but a delivery guy isn't going to want to wait around 20-30 minutes for you to do that.
