• There are a few settings that may be affecting this. I would check that the aspect ratio is set to something other than zoom. You can also check to make sure that Zoom mode, in the accessibility menu, is off. If these settings are off we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the device that you are using as the TV can only show what it is receiving.
