• No, it is not a true smart tv since it docent have any apps built in. However it does have built in ChromeCast so you can directly stream from the Smart Cast app or other apps like Netflix from a smartphone or tablet as well as Chrome on a PC or Mac.

• Just purchased this tv and will be returning it because it is not a stand alone smart tv. It has to stream through a cell phone, tablet, or computer.
