There are several differences. MQ7 is a mid upper series that has VRR for gaming speed, Full Array local dimming in 32 zones for deeper blacks and higher contrast ratio. Its a QLed panel which give a much deeper broad color arrangement which helps keep color accurate when the brighter the tv goes it retains colors and PQ. HDMI 2.1 in 4 ports . The V series is an economy tv that you probably shouldn't bother buying unless you seriously can't afford atleast MQ7. I wouldn't even buy MQ6. Unless you like Greys for Blacks Hisense A6G would be better options than a V series.
