Price vise, this TV is the cheapest 75" 4k. I watch some TV and Watch lots of Blue-Rays, which %99 of them are 1080 HD. Do I really need to spend an extra $600 for the upper model? Will I see any difference in picture? null

You probably won't notice any difference unless you watch the 2 TVs side by side. Even then, I'd doubt that most would spend the extra $600+

I’m 57 and really don’t notice any difference. I played a Blu-ray and a 4K dvd and don’t notice any difference.
