“Is there a way to have the USB port turn off when the tv is off? Currently, the LED bias lighting I have stays on when the TV is turned off. Would prefer it only turn on when the tv is on for energy efficiency.”

You can change this setting in the System -> Reset & Admin setting and USB power.
