According to the questions,and answers for this tv on the Best Buy page this tv is 1.2 inches between the stand,and the bottom of the tv on the lowest setting,and 4.07 inches on the highest setting. I have mine on the lowest,and it is 1.2 inches,so I assume the 4.07 highest setting is also correct.I use a pair of Bluetooth bookshelf speakers on the left,and right side of where we sit,and have found the sound is much better than using a sound bar that sits underneath the tv 15 feet away.
